About the role
Principal Software Engineer with Identity and Access Management expertise, leading design of next-generation architecture, IAM foundation, and agentic identity strategy for AI agents across the platform.
What you'll do
- Lead design and implementation of next-generation architecture ensuring scalability, security, performance
- Architect and evolve Identity and Access foundation spanning authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle
- Craft strategy for Agentic Identity including agent authentication, authorization, and auditing
- Review and guide technical project designs during design reviews
- Own cross-functional technical initiatives and mentor senior engineers
- Drive integration of AI capabilities into complex multi-system architectures
What they're looking for
- Proven experience in system architecture and scalable high-availability systems across multiple languages (Python, Go, Java, C/C++, SQL)
- Deep hands-on expertise in IAM including SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.x, SCIM provisioning, session management, MFA
- Experience designing identity strategy for agentic/AI-driven systems, machine identities, delegated authorization, token exchange
