About the role
Principal ML Engineer building and optimizing machine learning models, designing ML infrastructure, and delivering production-grade ML services powering the ConnectWise platform. Works with cross-functional teams on data pipelines and product decisions.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize machine learning models
- Design and maintain ML infrastructure
- Deliver production-grade ML services for the platform
- Ensure high-quality data pipelines with cross-functional teams
- Research and document findings
- Influence product decisions and launches
What they're looking for
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning (SFT, DPO, RFT, LoRA/QLoRA)
- Model evaluation methodology and A/B testing
- Strong Python with ML libraries (Transformers, PEFT, scikit-learn)
- SQL and big data tools such as Apache Spark
- Git and at least one cloud platform (e.g. AWS EMR/S3/SageMaker)
- Bachelor's in CS or related field
