About the role
Principal Architect/Senior Staff Engineer to lead agentic AI architecture, build scalable multi-agent systems, and optimize inference for a service intelligence platform. This is a hands-on leadership role in the Agentic AI team, focusing on memory stacks, knowledge graphs, and platform-as-a-product.
What you'll do
- Design and operate scalable multi-agent systems using planner-executor patterns
- Build hierarchical memory stack (Ephemeral, Semantic, Structured) for context retention
- Lead modeling of Knowledge Graph infrastructure and GraphRAG pipelines
- Build foundational Agentic Platform with tool registries, identity services, and A2A protocols
- Implement intelligent model routing, semantic caching, and streaming for p95 latency <2s
- Establish architectural standards for AgentOps, continuous evaluation, and fine-tuning strategies
What they're looking for
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- 10-12 years of experience in software engineering
- Experience with multi-agent systems and agentic architectures
- Experience with knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, and memory systems
- Experience with PEFT, LoRA fine-tuning, and open-source LLMs
- Experience with inference optimization and latency targets
