About the role
The PMO Support role provides project coordination, governance, and reporting for the Risk Uplift & Remediation workstream within a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme. It involves maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and governance artefacts, and coordinating reporting and stakeholder communications.
What you'll do
- Support workstream planning, governance, and reporting activities
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and dependency registers
- Coordinate production of status reports, governance packs, and stakeholder communications
- Track milestones, deliverables, and remediation activities; escalate issues
- Support governance meetings with agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking
- Ensure workstream documentation and programme artefacts are maintained
What they're looking for
- Experience in PMO, project coordination, or programme support within change/transformation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with governance, reporting, RAID management, and project planning
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Desirable: experience in risk, remediation, regulatory change, or TPRM
- Advantageous: familiarity with Clarity, JIRA, or MS Project
