About the role
PMO Support role coordinating resource assignments, governance reporting, and staffing pipelines within large-scale SAP/ERP transformation programs. Partners with PMO, Recruiting, HR, and program leadership across geographically dispersed delivery teams.
What you'll do
- Coordinate resource assignments, roll-offs, extensions, and transitions with PMO and Program Managers
- Provide program governance and dashboards on capacity, utilization, attrition, and workforce risks
- Drive recruiting and staffing requirements with Recruiting, HR, and practice leads
- Support performance assessments, retention, and resource transitions
- Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and action items across workstreams
What they're looking for
- 5-8+ years in project/program management and PMO governance
- Understanding of PMO processes and program management practices
- Exposure to SAP, ERP transformation, or Data Migration programs preferred
- Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Graduate degree
