About the role

What you'll do
- Manage large, high-stakes projects and programs across multiple accounts
- Lead cross-functional global teams and resolve systemic delivery issues
- Own program financial health, margin optimization and revenue forecasting
- Develop and present proposals and agreements to customers and stakeholders
- Use AI assistants and prompt engineering to automate PM tasks
- Institutionalize next-gen PM methodologies under Cisco's PMO framework
What they're looking for
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Engineering/Technology
- 11-15 years overall, with 6+ years dedicated IT project management
- 3+ years working with large enterprise customers
- Global, customer-facing project experience in matrix organizations
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Confluence
- PM certification (PgMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SCRUM; PMP/PgMP preferred)
