About the role

What you'll do
- Own the shared foundations program for AI platform components
- Drive cross-team decisions and working sessions to closure
- Scale an innersource model for shared AI components
- Define and report on platform scorecard metrics
- Reduce duplication and track consolidation migration plans
- Partner on AI governance and responsible AI requirements
What they're looking for
- 2-4 years technical program management on platform or infrastructure
- Fluency in LLM and agent systems including orchestration and evals
- Experience defining platform or developer metrics
- Experience enabling shared components via SDK or innersource
- Strong planning discipline and written communication
- Legally eligible to work hybrid in Bangalore office
