About the role

What you'll do
- Manage multiple AV and workplace technology projects simultaneously
- Gather requirements, define scope, timelines, milestones and SOWs
- Develop budgets, cost estimates and business cases; monitor costs and forecasts
- Review floor plans, BOMs and technical designs with engineering teams
- Coordinate AV integration partners and vendors, including RFP documentation
- Track risks/issues, run project reviews and provide executive status updates
