About the role
Design, deploy, and run AWS infrastructure end-to-end, including edge networking, multi-account cell architecture, and EKS platform. Automate infrastructure-as-code and GitOps, ensure reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness, and share on-call rotation.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and run AWS infrastructure from edge to multi-account cell architecture and EKS
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and upgrades using IaC and GitOps
- Work with product teams to create self-service capabilities
- Keep platform reliable, secure, and cost-effective; participate in on-call rotation
- Help design new capabilities for scale, resilience, and new workloads
What they're looking for
- Solid cloud infrastructure background and software-engineering habits, ~5+ years as Platform, DevOps, Software, or SRE
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on AWS across networking, edge, and compute (VPC, CloudFront, API Gateway, EKS)
- Solid Kubernetes (ideally Amazon EKS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform or OpenTofu)
- Comfortable moving between operational work, automation, requests, and design
