About the role
Lead the Developer Platform team as a Software Engineering Manager, treating the internal developer platform as a product. Define roadmaps, drive secure CI/CD practices, and mentor engineers while collaborating across teams to ship software.
What you'll do
- Define roadmaps and manage backlogs for the internal developer platform
- Drive operational efficiency with secure code, CI/CD, testing, and telemetry
- Design and promote golden paths for development and deployment
- Attend operational reviews and bring postmortem learnings to the team
- Coach and mentor engineers and drive recruitment/training
- Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders on cross-team initiatives
What they're looking for
- 10+ years professional software development experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Hands-on coding in Golang, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
