About the role
Manager of Software Engineering to lead one or more Agile development squads within Kobie's Software Engineering group. You partner with Product Owners, QA, and Architects to deliver scalable platform capabilities and client solutions, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices.
What you'll do
- Lead Agile development squads delivering scalable platform capabilities and client solutions
- Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives with predictable execution and high quality
- Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Contribute to design and development of distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Champion engineering practices: code quality, automated testing, documentation, operational readiness
