What you'll do
- Lead and grow a team of Production Engineers ensuring reliability and scalability of production services
- Drive automation-first culture to eliminate manual toil and build self-healing systems
- Mature observability practices with SLIs/SLOs and error budgets
- Lead high-severity incident response and post-incident reviews
- Partner with Engineering on operability reviews and architecture for resilience
