About the role
Site Reliability Engineer on the Platform team owning AWS infrastructure automation, scaling, and high availability. Requires 5+ years SRE/DevOps experience with AWS, IaC, and scripting. Focus on uptime, monitoring, and deployment pipelines.
What you'll do
- Automate provisioning, scaling, and management of infrastructure using configuration as code
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build infrastructure for new features
- Identify and remove production bottlenecks
- Ensure 99.9% customer-facing uptime
- Improve monitoring and alerting capabilities
- Create deployment pipelines from git to production
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of professional SRE/DevOps experience
- Working knowledge of AWS services (Redshift, DynamoDB, Kinesis, RDS, ELB, AutoScaling, Lambda)
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Chef)
- Knowledge of Python, Bash, or other scripting languages
- Production experience with AWS-based platforms and high-volume systems
