About the role
Senior SRE role strengthening infrastructure and deployment for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Implement cloud-native systems on AWS, manage Kubernetes, define SLOs, and drive incident response as part of an SRE organization supporting over 50 engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Implement and manage cloud-native systems on AWS using automation
- Operate and enhance Kubernetes clusters, deployment pipelines, and service meshes
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for multi-tenant SaaS platform
- Define and maintain SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets; address availability and performance issues
- Develop infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar)
- Participate in on-call rotation and act as Incident Commander
What they're looking for
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as Site Reliability Engineer or Platform Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
- Experience supporting multi-tenant microservices architectures
