About the role
Lead Software Engineer sitting at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer delivery. Builds and deploys Python backend services and integrations for Neuron7's AI resolution platform, implementing customer-specific workflows and LLM/NLP features in production.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Python services, APIs, and integration layers for customer implementations
- Build data ingestion, transformation, and validation pipelines for AI/ML workflows
- Integrate ML pipelines, LLM components, and retrieval systems into customer environments
- Deploy and configure services on Azure/AWS/GCP and ensure reliability and observability
- Own end-to-end technical implementation for enterprise accounts
- Mentor juniors, review code, and document implementation workflows

- 7+ years professional experience
- Strong Python coding experience
- AI/ML/NLP pipelines, LLMs, or RAG-based applications
- Backend fundamentals, microservices, distributed systems
- APIs, FastAPI/Flask/Django, RESTful architectures
