About the role
Customer-facing Lead Software Engineer in the Customer Engineering organization, designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions on Neuron7's Agentic AI platform. Partners with Fortune 500 customers on technical discovery, solution architecture, RAG pipelines, and AI agent deployments.
What you'll do
- Partner with enterprise customers on technical discovery, architecture, and solution design
- Translate customer requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions
- Build and customize AI applications and integrations with customer enterprise systems, APIs, and CRMs
- Develop backend services and automation in Java or Python
- Configure and optimize RAG pipelines and AI agents
- Mentor engineers, drive code and design reviews, and influence product roadmap
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field
- 10–12 years software engineering experience including customer-facing implementation or solution engineering
- Strong hands-on Java (Spring Boot) or Python
- Scalable distributed systems and API design
- Software architecture, integration patterns, cloud-native applications
- Enterprise integration via REST APIs and event-driven architectures
