Lead Game Designer for CSR2, a mobile racing game, responsible for designing major game systems, features, and LiveOps. Combines systems design with leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Lead design of major systems and features for CSR2
- Drive end-to-end feature delivery from concept to launch
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Art, and LiveOps
- Mentor and support designers across pods
- Contribute to LiveOps with event formats and economy updates

- Strong systems design expertise in economies, progression, LiveOps
- Proven ability to deliver complex features in a live game
