About the role
Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis process intelligence solutions for enterprise customers, directing AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, analyses and dashboards. Combines platform architecture expertise with customer-facing delivery to drive measurable value.
What you'll do
- Run business discovery workshops to translate objectives into Celonis use cases
- Define project scope, data requirements and success criteria with customer IT/business
- Configure data connectivity and extraction pipelines
- Direct AI agents to build data models, KPIs and dashboards, validating outputs
- Build solutions across Process Intelligence Graph, transformations and analyses
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive adoption and value realization
