About the role
Senior Applied Value Engineer supporting Celonis GCC customers in India and APAC across the Adopt and Expand phases of the customer value journey. Combines process and industry expertise with consulting to build business cases and drive adoption.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with GCC customers to uncover business challenges and map Celonis solutions
- Support other regions including APAC to cultivate foundational accounts
- Conduct ROI analysis and develop business cases
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify process enhancement opportunities
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps for customers
- Share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams
