(Junior) Technical Product Owner (f/m/d) – Virtual Appliance & Container Platform

About the role
Technical Product Owner driving the evolution of the Z1 Appliance—a virtual foundation for server-based security products, evolving from Debian Linux to a modern container-based platform. Acts as central interface between development and business teams.
What you'll do
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and market, translate into clear project specifications
- Develop and own vision and roadmap for platform components
- Break down complex features into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Keep backlog prioritized for the development team
- Create lightweight mockups and coordinate with UI/UX designers for larger features
- Conduct market and competitive analyses and maintain technology partnerships
What they're looking for
- At least 2 years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar in an agile team
- Strong technical understanding; writing epics, user stories, and bug reports
- Familiar with Debian Linux, microservices, containers (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes), cloud
- Knowledge of clustering, load balancing, multi-tenancy, storage services, high availability
- Very good English (at least C1)
- Nice to have: SaaS infrastructure understanding, Figma/Adobe XD, German
