About the role
IT Service Engineer in an international IT Service Team ensuring seamless IT operations, troubleshooting macOS and Windows issues for employees globally. Requires hands-on support and shift-based coverage across time zones.
What you'll do
- Act as first point of contact for IT support requests, resolving or escalating tickets
- Provide hands-on support for macOS and Windows, troubleshooting hardware, software, network
- Install, configure, and maintain equipment including laptops, printers, video conferencing
- Support mobile devices via MDM platforms like Intune and Kandji
- Participate in shift-based support schedule across global time zones
- Develop and maintain documentation and user guides
What they're looking for
- 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience across macOS and Windows
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting
- M365 administration and support
- Experience with MDM solutions like Intune and Kandji
