About the role
Director, Infrastructure Engineering to build and lead the team owning cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation across R&D. A hands-on leadership role setting technical direction and standards for platform reliability and scalability, partnering with Security and Product.
What you'll do
- Own strategy, architecture, and roadmap for cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and deployment automation
- Build, hire, and develop a team of DevOps, infrastructure automation, and deployment engineers across US and India
- Drive infrastructure-as-code adoption and standards (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Own CI/CD pipeline architecture and tooling, improving release reliability
- Set strategy for multi-cloud/hybrid infrastructure, container orchestration, and platform scalability
- Partner with Security and Compliance to embed guardrails and regulatory requirements
