What you'll do
- Own outcomes for Git & Gitaly Operations, including hiring and developing the Manager
- Own outcomes for Nonlinear Productivity (Friction Elimination), including hiring and developing the Manager
- Build and oversee Platform Staff as a small senior team using AI-assisted tools
- Assess when Platform Staff hands off work to permanent teams
- Set technical bar by reviewing distributed systems designs, friction-elimination fixes, and crisis management plans
- Build operating rhythm and metrics for predictable outcomes
