What you'll do
- Read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Translate technical content into flowcharts and pathways
- Work with Customer Success on requirements and timelines
- Support customer SMEs with walkthroughs and training
- Participate in rotating 24/7 monitoring shifts
- Triage alerts and escalate to on-call engineers
