About the role
Release Manager owning the end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple products and environments, coordinating engineering, QA, DevOps, and product. Also expected to drive QA processes and test automation to improve release quality and readiness.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple products and environments
- Coordinate releases across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams
- Define and standardize release processes, governance, and release calendars
- Manage weekly release cycles and multiple concurrent high-volume releases
- Drive QA processes and test automation integrated into CI/CD
- Improve release quality, readiness, risk and timeline communication

- 8–12+ years in Release Management / Build & Release Engineering / DevOps
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps
- Git, branching strategies, trunk-based development, version control
- Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architecture
- Cloud platforms AWS / Azure / GCP
- Scripting in Python, Bash or similar
