About the role
Applied Value Engineer (EAM/EMEA) focused on technical pre-sales and value realization on Celonis' Process Intelligence platform. Builds LLM/agent prototypes, runs PoV projects and drives adoption for strategic customers.
What you'll do
- Understand customers' AI strategy and translate into Celonis use cases
- Rapidly prototype LLM/agent solutions in hackathons
- Execute end-to-end PoV projects with RAG and guardrails
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify improvements
- Build expansion roadmaps and drive adoption and renewal
- Feed product insights back to product teams
What they're looking for
- Technical pre-sales experience with AI roadmaps and ROI/TCO cases
- Experience in EAM domain
- Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, prompt engineering, agents)
- End-to-end PoV project execution
- Executive-level communication
