About the role
Applied Value Engineer driving technical pre-sales and solutioning on Celonis' Process Intelligence platform for CPGR/retail customers. Builds AI/LLM prototypes, runs PoVs and ties process intelligence to customer AI ROI.
What you'll do
- Translate customer AI strategy and challenges into Celonis solutions
- Prototype LLM/agent-based solutions in customer hackathons
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects with RAG and guardrails
- Drive adoption and value realization with strategic customers
- Specialize in domains and industries to scale knowledge
What they're looking for
- 3+ years leading technical pre-sales with AI roadmaps and ROI/TCO cases
- Experience in CPGR (Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail) is must
- Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
- Prototyping of ML and generative AI solutions
- Customer-facing executive engagement
