About the role
Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML Ops platforms and pipelines. Deploy models, build CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure, and implement monitoring. Work with foundation models, RAG stacks, and Databricks Lakehouse ecosystem to ensure scalable, reliable AI/ML operations.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain stable AI/ML Ops platforms and pipelines.
- Package and deploy AI/ML services to production.
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Provision and optimize infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless.
- Implement post-deployment monitoring for model performance, data drift, and latency.
- Automate retraining and data pipeline workflows.
- Manage deployment of foundation models, fine-tuning, and RAG stacks.
- Optimize GPU/CPU utilization for cost and latency.
What they're looking for
- 4-6 years experience in AI ML Ops.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions with high availability.
- Experience building AI/ML Ops platforms with scalability, reliability, security.
- In-depth experience with Databricks Lakehouse ecosystem, MLFlow, Mosaic AI, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, Knowledge Graph.
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform preferred), observability.
