Leads the training function for field operators at Instawork Robotics Lab, managing a distributed team of trainers across cities. Owns curriculum, certification standards, trainer hiring and deployment, and ensures training quality nationwide for data capture operations.
What you'll do
- Define curriculum and certification standards for field operator training
- Hire, onboard, certify, and coach junior trainers
- Assign trainers to cities and manage deployment across India
- Step in for critical training sessions
- Review operational performance metrics to verify training effectiveness
What they're looking for
- 3–6 years experience including hands-on training and team management
- People leadership experience
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- 6 days/week availability
