About the role
As a Technical Lead for Cell Analysis, provide scientific expertise and support to customers in Flow Cytometry and Cell Sorting experiments, including advanced cell culture workflows. Deliver pre- and post-sales support through seminars, demos, trainings, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive business success.
What you'll do
- Provide on-site pre-sales demos and post-sales product and workflow trainings
- Deliver consultations on advanced cell analysis processes using Thermo Fisher solutions
- Provide panel design support and assay optimization
- Prepare and present seminars to various audiences
- Develop and lead hands-on workshops and trainings
- Work with internal teams to develop workflow applications and education content
What they're looking for
- PhD in Biology, Cell Biology, or related field
- At least 5 years of commercial and 5 years of laboratory experience
- Research experience in cell biology and/or immunology may be considered in lieu of commercial experience
- Experience with data analysis, experimental design, process development
