About the role
Capco seeks a Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise transformation and serve as a client advisor. The role combines architecture leadership, delivery oversight, and solution consulting, focusing on Microsoft technologies, Azure, event-driven systems, and application modernization.
What you'll do
- Partner with clients to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
- Lead architecture workshops, executive presentations, and technical discovery.
- Support sales and pre-sales with architectural guidance.
- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications and digital transformation.
- Drive cloud migration, re-platforming, and microservices adoption.
- Architect Azure cloud-native solutions and event-driven systems with Kafka.
- Establish architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple programs and mentor architects and leads.
What they're looking for
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies and Azure Cloud.
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Proven ability in large-scale application modernization.
