About the role
Principal Implementation Engineer at Cleo, an AI-native supply chain orchestration company. The role owns solution architecture for enterprise EDI and integration projects, leads technical delivery, and mentors teams.
What you'll do
- Design scalable EDI, API, and hybrid integration solutions
- Lead discovery workshops and define technical architecture
- Build and optimize integrations, mappings, APIs, and business processes
- Configure communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN, APIs) and security
- Own technical delivery, UAT, issue resolution, and customer engagement
- Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices
What they're looking for
- B.E./B.Tech with strong EDI and integration architecture experience
- Expertise in ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2, SFTP, VAN, HTTP/S
- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP or similar), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware
- Strong data mapping, Java-based transformations, and business process configuration
- Knowledge of OAuth, encryption, authentication, access control, and API security
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance, cloud/hybrid integration solutions
