- Develop automation frameworks and automate test cases for Zscaler Client Connector features
- Expand automation coverage and infrastructure to improve testing quality and efficiency
- Understand requirements, develop test plans, execute manual and automated tests
- Identify root causes and articulate defects clearly
- Work closely with Development, Product Management, and cloud Operations from design to release
- Recreate complex customer and production issues to determine root cause
