About the role

What you'll do
- Develop tactical autonomy software for unmanned platforms with minimal human supervision
- Implement multi-agent coordination, target engagement, and reconnaissance behaviors
- Architect scalable software subsystems interacting with sensors, estimation, and communications
- Lead technical road-mapping and reuse of behaviors across projects
- Collaborate with vehicle integration teams and operational subject matter experts
- Travel up to 20% to co-locate with end-users and other teams
What they're looking for
- BS/MS/PhD in CS, Aerospace, Electrical, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or related
- Proficient in production-level C++
- 7+ years in scheduling, behavior planning, motion planning, optimization, or flight controls
- Experience with collaborative dev tools (version control, code reviews, release management)
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage full project lifecycles
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and act as technical owner of a software system
