About the role
Experienced Analog Design Engineer in the ~$2.6B Power Business Unit, working on hotswap controllers, eFuse, IPDs, PMICs, DC-DC converters and drivers for automotive power. Role spans block-to-full-chip analog design with mentoring and team-leading responsibility.
What you'll do
- Design complex analog circuits from block level to full chip
- Implement building blocks such as charge pumps, comparators, amplifiers, bandgaps, regulators
- Lead a team, mentor and promote new college graduates
- Drive design innovation and best practices with ownership of schedule
- Build power products from concept to market release
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 8-15 years in analog circuit design, simulation, verification
- Experience with hotswap controllers, IPDs, PMICs, DC-DC converters
- Proficient in transistor-level design and system implementation
- Proven history of leading and mentoring teams
