About the role
OneTrust seeks a Staff Product Manager to own multiple products within a product line on its AI-Ready Governance Platform. The role drives product strategy, OKRs, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment while coaching Product Owners and Managers. It is a senior individual contributor and people-mentoring role in enterprise software.
What you'll do
- Own delivery of multiple products within a product line
- Define product strategy, goals, and OKRs
- Lead geographically distributed cross-functional teams on product initiatives
- Align product teams with GTM, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams
- Serve as primary escalation point for the product line
- Mentor and coach Product Owners and Product Managers

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7–10 years in enterprise software development
- 4+ years as a Product Manager
- Experience managing roadmaps for multiple products
- Experience with product EOL and technical debt planning
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
