About the role
Senior PM owning product strategy for Finance (payments, billing, invoicing, reconciliation) and Account Management (lifecycle, verification, fraud/risk) squads at a global shipping software platform. Full-time onsite in Bengaluru on UK collaboration hours.
What you'll do
- Own roadmap and strategy for Finance and Account Management squads tied to business outcomes
- Reduce payment costs: method mix, multi-currency settlement, provider migrations, reduce failures and chargebacks
- Grow finance revenue: fees, pricing, VAT/GST invoicing across regions
- Own end-to-end account lifecycle: sign-up, verification, roles, permissions, closure
- Define fraud and risk controls across onboarding and payments
- Partner with Finance, CX, Sales, Legal, Engineering; author PRDs and opportunity assessments
