About the role
Staff Product Manager for Freshworks' AI team, driving the AI Agent product line for customer experience and employee experience markets. The role owns strategy, roadmap, and adoption for AI-powered products, requiring deep experience in AI/ML/NLP and Agentic AI systems.
What you'll do
- Define long-term strategy and vision for AI products
- Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, roadmap, and prioritization
- Define and own business metrics and OKRs
- Translate complex processes into technical requirements
- Prioritize initiatives for scrum teams and define sprint outcomes
- Collaborate with UX, developers, and GTM leadership
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in global/cross-functional software teams
- 7+ years core product management experience
- 3+ years managing AI/ML/NLP/Agentic AI products
- Knowledge of Agentic AI systems (AI Agents, Assistants, Copilots)
- Experience managing AI/ML models through full lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
