About the role
Staff Product Manager for Freshworks' AI team, driving the AI Agent product line across customer experience and employee experience markets. Owns long-term strategy, roadmap, and business metrics for AI Agents, Assistants, and Copilots, collaborating with product, engineering, and GTM leadership.
What you'll do
- Define long-term strategy and vision for the AI product line
- Drive requirement definition, customer experience design, product roadmap, and prioritization
- Define and own business metrics and OKRs
- Translate complex processes into technical requirements while managing delivery and operations
- Work with developers and designers to build products meeting expected outcomes
- Partner with Product Leadership to prioritize problems and themes
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in global/cross-functional software teams in a software product company
- 7+ years of core product management experience building internet software products
- 3+ years managing AI/ML/NLP/Agentic AI products
- Knowledge of Agentic AI systems such as AI Agents, AI Assistants, AI Copilots
- Experience managing AI/ML features and models through the full lifecycle
- Proven ability to create and drive roadmap and strategy for AI-focused offerings
