Staff Backend Engineer (Golang) to architect and build core backend infrastructure for Endor Labs' SaaS security products. Leads large-scale technical projects, makes architectural decisions, and mentors team members. Focuses on scalability, reliability, and observability.

- Architect and build core backend infrastructure for SaaS products
- Lead large-scale technical projects ensuring scalability and reliability
- Design and build features end-to-end with Product Management
- Make critical architectural decisions and lead implementation

- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10+ years building scalable backends for product/SaaS companies
- 3+ years Golang programming with microservices/distributed architecture
- Experience designing APIs (gRPC preferred, ReST, GraphQL, Thrift)
- Ability to design technical solutions from scratch
- Experience with scalable distributed systems (load balancing, horizontal/vertical scaling)
