About the role

What you'll do
- Own operational excellence for Databricks platform including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and runbook patterns.

- Establish reusable operational templates for new domains onboarding.
- Partner with data engineers and cloud infrastructure team to align configuration with enterprise standards.
- Track and improve platform health metrics and mentor internal engineers.
