About the role
Sr/Staff Backend Engineer (Golang) to design and build core backend features end-to-end for SaaS products. Involves large-scale technical projects, architectural discussions, writing clean code, and ensuring reliability and observability. Collaborates with Product Management and distributed Engineering team.
What you'll do
- Design and build core backend features end-to-end for SaaS products
- Contribute to large-scale technical projects ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical decisions
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements
- Participate in code reviews and use observability best practices
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience building scalable backends for product/SaaS companies
- At least 2 years of Golang programming with microservices/distributed architecture
- Experience designing APIs with gRPC preferred
- Strong understanding of scalable distributed systems
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and documentation
