Senior Services Architect partnering with Service Sales Managers to provide architectural expertise during scoping and sizing of Zscaler Professional Services. GTM-aligned pre-sales technical role de-risking complex enterprise deals, architecting SOWs and estimating level-of-effort. Aligned with US enterprise customers on US time.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and architecture workshops with enterprise customers
- Serve as technical advisor to Service Sales Managers
- Architect custom SOWs for multi-product deployments
- Bridge sales and delivery with documented handovers
- Drive scoping governance to eliminate scope bloat

- Deep network and zero-trust architecture expertise
- Experience scoping professional services engagements
- Knowledge of ZIA, ZPA, ZDX
- Ability to estimate level-of-effort
- Comfort with ambiguity
