About the role
Senior Product Manager for Natera's Altera genomic profiling product line in oncology. Owns product strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and cross-functional execution to deliver oncology solutions to healthcare providers.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute product roadmap for Altera genomic profiling
- Prioritize features and initiatives balancing customer needs and operational constraints
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, clinical, regulatory, and business development
- Oversee product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct Voice of Customer interviews and market research
- Develop business cases and financial models for new opportunities
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, or related (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 10+ years relevant experience including 5+ years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting
- Experience with oncology products, diagnostics, or medical devices preferred
- Strong leadership and cross-functional influence
- Excellent project and process management
- Basic financial modeling skills a plus
