Sr. Product Manager, Lakeflow

About the role
As a Product Manager on the Lakeflow Jobs team, you will shape data-aware orchestration on Databricks. You will own strategy and roadmap for orchestration, triggers, authoring, and observability, driving adoption of the Jobs platform. The role involves close work with engineering, field teams, and customers to productionize workflows.
What you'll do
- Define strategy & roadmap for orchestration, triggers, authoring, and observability
- Drive metrics & observability to guide roadmap decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, field teams, and partners
- Champion customer needs and advocate for features reducing friction
- Own the product lifecycle including PRDs, release notes, and launches
What they're looking for
- 5+ yrs of experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Experience in Product Management
- Solid understanding of orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect etc.)
- Technical skills in data pipelines (Spark, dbt, Lakeflow Pipelines)
- Strong data analysis and operationalization skills (SQL, Python, operational dashboards)
