About the role
Senior Product Manager II owns the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of a new Gantt View experience for Smartsheet's advanced project management customers. Role partners with a Bangalore engineering team and reports to a US-based Group PM, driving strategy, experimentation, and executive alignment.
What you'll do
- Define, prioritize, and drive the future roadmap for project management capabilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of a new scalable Gantt View experience
- Partner with design, engineering, research, data science, and analytics teams
- Use internal and external data to guide experimentation and product decisions
- Present product strategy, health metrics, and roadmap to senior leadership
- Operate at both strategic and tactical levels to maximize customer benefit
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably B2B/enterprise or scaled consumer software
- Experience partnering with engineering, design, research, and marketing to deliver complex scaled products
- Technical degree or equivalent experience working closely with engineers
- Strong data-driven mentality focused on metrics, analytics, and experimentation
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to align senior management
- Preferred: PMBOK familiarity, SAFe or PMP certification
