Android Developer with Kotlin and Jetpack to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Android applications. Takes ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle and contributes to architecture and best practices.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and Java
- Take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, from design to production release
- Contribute to application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while participating in code reviews
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Backend Engineering teams
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and application stability issues
What they're looking for
- Strong hands-on experience in Android application development using Kotlin and Java
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK and modern Android development frameworks
- Proficiency with Jetpack Components such as ViewModel, Room, LiveData, Navigation, and related libraries
- Solid experience implementing MVVM and Clean Architecture principles
- Strong knowledge of application security, secure coding practices, and compliance requirements
- Experience with unit testing, code quality tools, and CI/CD practices is preferred
