About the role
GSI Solution Architect role focused on Employee Experience and Freshservice, driving partner-sourced pipeline with Global Systems Integrators. Combines solution architecture, presales, and partner enablement, measured on partner-sourced ARR.
What you'll do
- Shape Freshservice opportunities with GSI partners tied to employee service transformation
- Build solution narratives across ITSM modernisation, self-service, and workflow automation
- Equip business development colleagues with messaging, discovery questions, and qualification guides
- Deliver enablement sessions for partner sales, consulting, architecture, and delivery teams
- Create reusable assets: demos, reference architectures, discovery guides, and partner playbooks
- Support partner account planning and improve partner-sourced pipeline quality
What they're looking for
- Experience in solution architecture, presales, consulting, or partner solution engineering
- Strong understanding of Employee Experience, ITSM, ESM, and service desk modernisation
- Experience working with GSIs, systems integrators, or partner-led business models
- Ability to build EX, ESM, and AI solution narratives
- Understanding of AI use cases in service management
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
