About the role
ServiceNow developer/administrator to design, build, and maintain Nielsen's ServiceNow platform across ITSM, SPM, HR, ITAM, ITOM modules. Role spans development, integrations, upgrades, and supporting stakeholders and mentoring juniors.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy ServiceNow solutions including custom apps, workflows, forms, and scripts
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST APIs
- Troubleshoot incidents, problems, and changes across modules
- Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Manage ServiceNow upgrades and system administration
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
What they're looking for
- 3-5 years ServiceNow development and administration
- Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer
- Knowledge of SPM, HR, SecOps/VR, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM modules
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST API, JSON
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
