About the role
Lead verification and validation engineer for embedded software products, driving test strategy, automation, system integration and cybersecurity testing. Mentors V&V engineers and ensures compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards.
What you'll do
- Lead V&V activities across embedded software lifecycle
- Define test strategies, plans, cases and validation reports
- Perform functional, integration, regression, performance and system testing
- Lead cybersecurity testing and vulnerability assessment
- Ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards
- Mentor V&V engineers and collaborate cross-functionally
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's/master's in electronics, CS, embedded systems or related
- 8+ years in embedded software V&V
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, test automation and debugging
- RTOS/Linux, communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART)
- Safety standards knowledge (EN 50128, IEC 61508)
- Cybersecurity testing per IEC 62443, NIST CSF
